Pulse Extraction Process

The GIGA 6 contains Jura’s signature P.E.P (Pulse Extraction Process), where the brewing process is done through small pulses. Water is pressed through the grounds in short bursts to optimize extraction time. The process obtains the maximum aroma for small specialty coffee drinks such as espresso and ristretto. Pulse Extraction Process delivers delicious-tasting coffee with a beautiful crema and balanced flavor.

Dual Grinders, Thermoblocks, and Pumps

The Jura GIGA 6 automatic coffee machine is built to create two coffee drinks simultaneously, bringing timely performance and a great user experience. The dual ceramic disc grinders are equipped with Automatic Grinder Adjustment (A.G.A) which adjust electronically for more precise grinds.
